This waterfront home offers 3 comfortable bedrooms, 2 full baths and a stunning and unique sandstone beach with moorage for a small boat. Located on the peaceful waters of Vancouver Island's East Shore, this home is the summer lover's dream.

At Cedar Shores, it is all about the view . It is easy to see why Vancouver Island has been voted the number one island destination by Conde Nast Traveller. Conversations are often put on hold for a few moments to gaze out at the beauty of the everchanging marine scenery.

The family will love spending time here; this is the kind of place you will want to visit again and again every year. The chef in the family will love cooking fresh salmon on the stainless steel 4 burner barbeque. Crabbing in the local waters is also world class and there are shellfish beds in some of the nearby beaches.

The sandstone formations in front of the house are a beautiful piece of the natural landscape. The tranquil and shallow waters of Ladysmith Harbour are warmed by the summer sun and are actually temperate enough to swim in.

Even if you are not a swimmer you will love this location. Relaxing in the fresh air as the tides gently lap at the shore is the perfect way to unwind. There is not much to be stressed about here! The patio area provides a good outlook over the yard so you can keep an eye on the kids.

Like almost every room in the house the master bedroom enjoys the lovely vista afforded by this prime location. If this house were a business it would be a winner! The comfortable queen with plenty of pillows is a perfect place to enjoy the morning light.

The bathroom off the master offers a bath tub and shower. The home is well stocked with linens for the beds and baths. A supply of dish soap, hand soap, paper towels and hand towels etc. are also provided.

This is the downstairs family room. This area of the house stays a bit cooler than upstairs and the extra space is great for sleeping kids in the camping age. Sliding glass doors in this room provide access out to the patio and water.
