The moment you step through the door of this enchanting private retreat it will be apparent that you made the right choice. With a simple but refined décor, breathtaking views and an estate sized property, this home has it all!

The property's western exposure enjoys beaming sunshine all afternoon. Relax and unwind while enjoying the magnificent sunsets with family and friends. This home offers the peace and tranquility you can only discover on an island.

There are 2 full bedrooms and 2 baths on the main floor. There is a king suite, TV room, kitchenette and another full bath on the lower level. There are mature fruit trees and grape vines all over the property. The beach access is just a few minute walk down the quite country lane.

There are wonderful views from almost every room in the house. The kitchen and dining room open onto a large view patio with table and chairs for al fresco dining. We can arrange grocery delivery, meal help or full catering and chef services.

Of course those who like to cook will enjoy the fully equipped kitchen. You can bake a pie with apples fresh from the tree! Life does not get much better than this.

The main floor master suite features a luxury queen bed and full ensuite with bidet. There is a separate Jacuzzi room on the main floor as well. All of our properties are well stocked with top quality linens for beds and baths.

The property is totally private. You cannot see another house from here. There is an apple orchard and mature vineyard. Huge trees surround the property and give shade to the numerous flowers and other exotic plants.
