Located within 20 minutes of downtown Victoria this beautiful ocean view home is situated on 2 acres. It is just a 2 minute walk down to sandy beaches. It offers 5 bedrooms, 3 1/2 bathrooms and a large rec room with bar. The living room offers spectacular ocean and mountain views.

The living room is spacious. It has beautiful wood floors accented by imported rugs. Warm up after an evening stroll on the beach in front of the fireplace. This room provides spectacular ocean and mountain views.

The master bedroom is warm and inviting. It has large windows looking over the ocean towards the mountains. It offers a king size bed with comfy duvet. This room also has hardwood floors with large rugs to offer warmth in the mornings. There is an ensuite bathroom with both a shower and a bathtub

The kitchen has a warm country feel. There is a fridge, stove and a dishwasher. You will find everything here you will need to prepare wonderful meals. There are plenty of neighbourhood markets offering fresh produce and meats.

The sunroom is located off the kitchen. It is bright, comfortable and offers plenty of windows. Glass doors open out onto the patio where you will find a gas barbecue. This country home has plenty of space for the whole family.

The dining room has plenty of windows and provides great ocean and mountain views. There is a large oak dining room set with lots of seating. Being located just off the kitchen makes serving meals a breeze.

This is another of the bedrooms. It too provides a queen size bed. This home is a great spot to get away with the family.
