Who is Sojourn Vacation Properties Inc?

We are a Vacation & Home rental agency that specializes in renting quality long term and short term accommodations. We establish business partnerships with home owners who want to use their homes to generate additional revenue through part or all of the year. We are pleased to work with B&B owners, Resort owners and all other types of accommodations that would be desirable to our clients. We handle marketing, reservations, house cleaning, and collection and disbursement of all fees and taxes. We work with home owners to maximize bookings and ensure that we put the right people with the right homes. Our goal is to build long lasting relationships with our guests and clients and to also offer a degree of flexibility not found with other agencies. We can gladly supply references upon request.

What type of properties are we looking for?

We are looking for all types of properties including B&B's, Cottages, Suites, Condos, Townhouses, Houses and we even book moored Yachts in the harbour. Your home must be well maintained and fully furnished, with a well equipped kitchen. You must be able to supply two sets of good quality linens for each bed and two sets of matching, quality towels for each guest.

In a community or neighbourhood that has a tourist draw making them appealing to vacationers. Close to water, have waterfront access or overlook water. Attractive downtown condos with one or two bedrooms. Houses with three or more bedrooms. Especially attractive for romantic getaways or secluded nature retreats. Private and well-equipped. Attractive to retired couples or for two couples traveling together. Located in safe, conveniently located neighbourhoods.
