This brand new 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom vacation suite offers the ideal location on Sidney's glorious waterfront. This suite makes an ideal home base, from here you can walk into downtown or walk down to the waterfront. This home sits right on a bird sanctuary. Flocks of swans, blue heron, Canada geese and many others take refuge in the calm warm waters in front of the house.

The comfortable open floor plan is perfect for entertaining. Large windows flood the home with light and warmth. Sumptuous leather furniture and soft new carpets give this home a classy and comfortable feel. The view is absolutely incredible!

The kitchen is sparkling clean and shines in the sun all day long. With an eating bar and a separate dinning room, this suite is very versatile. Grocery delivery and in-house meal services are available. There are literally hundreds of restaurants within walking distance should you tire of the domestics.

The master bedroom offers a nice new queen sized bed and a walk in closet. This west facing room enjoys views of the sunset in the evenings.
