This newly decorated 1 bedroom suite is located across the street from Beacon Hill park. It is close to all amenities and is just a 10 minute walk to the Inner Harbour and downtown. This comfy condo will make an ideal home base for both tourists and business travelers alike.

Warm wall colours accent the beautiful hardwood floors and plush textured rugs. Curl up on the sofa and enjoy your favorite book in front of the electric fireplace. There is a TV with DVD player as well a writing desk by the window. The living room enjoys wonderful western exposure and a soothing view of the treetops in the park.

The fully equipped kitchen is both clean and functional. Appliances include fridge, stove and microwave oven. Cook street village is just a 5 minute walk away - there you will find groceries, restaurants, a wine boutique, juice bar post office, pub and a bank.

The dining room suite offers comfortable seating for four. Being located just off the kitchen makes both serving and cleanups a breeze. The dining area also enjoys the afternoon light from the west facing wall of windows in the living room.
