Located in the heart of the Cook Street Village, this comfortable unit offers one of the most desirable locations in the city. From this wonderful spot you can walk to the beach, walk through Beacon Hill Park to downtown and walk to groceries, restaurants and all manner of shops and services.

This unit has the feel of a London flat with its extensive classsical art collection. The park like grounds of the building provide peace and quiet in the heart of the city. This unit offers 2 bedrooms, one full bath and a powder room and a nice south facing solarium.
